# Building the NFT Marketplace

X-PASS aims to promote the use of intellectual property (IP) rights in the industry by leveraging NFT products, including NFT tickets, and establishing its own NFT marketplace. Unlike existing general NFT marketplaces, X-PASS plans to open a specialized NFT marketplace tailored specifically to the performing arts sector. This unique approach will provide a reliable and effective platform for buying, selling, and trading NFTs, enabling artists and producers to monetize their IP in new and innovative ways.

X-PASS’s marketplace fosters enhanced, dependable transactions by transforming collaborative art, musical clips, and memberships into NFTs centered around the theme of shows and performances. This specialized platform attracts both buyers and sellers, creating a dedicated trading environment for performing arts assets.

The X-PASS marketplace not only allows producers to mint official NFT products derived from the performing arts but also empowers fans to freely mint and trade unofficial NFT products. Beyond the performance content IP line currently in development, X-PASS plans to expand its NFT PASS business into other genres, ultimately creating a "unified NFT platform for K-content."
