Although there is an abundance of information and experiences shareable among fans in the current landscape, a notable absence of communities and communication channels exists to engage performing arts audiences. As a result, relevant information is provided in fragmented ways, and the full potential of performing arts fandom power remains untapped.

 

The activation of these communities is directly linked to industry growth, and the form these communities take will shape the overall atmosphere and image of the industry. X-PASS plans to develop communities based on existing NFT tickets and merchandise, introducing a fresh and organic fandom culture.
